NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for Medical Surgical units 5400/5500. You will provide clinical leadership for designated shifts, supporting excellence in patient care, staff development, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the care team, staff mentorship, scheduling oversight, and ensuring alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Current NYS Registered Nurse licensure.
• 2 years nursing leadership experience.
• Clinical certification in the patient population served or nurse leader certification.
