Qualifications

• Current NYS Registered Nurse licensure.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Hires, develops, and evaluates departmental leadership.
• Manages budgets and staffing in collaboration with clinical leaders.
• Promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across the unit.
• Ensures licensure, certifications, and mandated trainings are maintained.
