Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Professional Nurse licensure in New York State.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing.
• 2 years of experience in nursing required.
• Clinical certification in the patient population served or nurse leader certification.
• Ability to apply nursing process toward achievement of specific outcomes.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organization, critical thinking, problem solving, and leadership skills.
• Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Physical stamina and ability to move reasonably heavy weight.

• Monitors attendance of staff and ensures appropriate staffing and skill mix to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
