Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current NYS RN license.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practice.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and manage staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical leadership and management for a designated unit shift.
• Collaborates with interprofessional teams to ensure quality and safety.
• Fosters an inclusive, high-performing work environment.
• Assists nurse manager with staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
