Job summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. The Med/Surg Float Pool RN role offers permanent night shifts with a 0.75 FTE schedule (60 hours per two-week pay period) and 12-hour shifts, including every 3rd weekend.

You will join a team focused on providing high-quality patient care across Med/Surg units. Qualified candidates will have an Associate's or Vocational degree, MN RN license, current BLS, and CMSRN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CMSRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and planning care.
• Coordinate, supervise and delegate nursing care across units.
• Maintain education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Apply evidence-based nursing practice within regulatory guidelines.
