Job summary

Allina Health's RN Medical Surgical Float Pool in Shakopee, MN is seeking a part-time night-shift RN to join our Med/Surg Float Pool team. This role features 12-hour night shifts and 30 hours per two-week pay period (0.75 FTE), with every 3rd weekend.

Required: RN licensure for MN, BLS; preferred CMSRN and Med/Surg experience. Strong assessment, critical thinking and teamwork are essential to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional RN experience; Med/Surg experience preferred.
• MN RN licensure required for MN hires; WI licensure for WI hires.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs and plan of care.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise care to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain competencies and apply evidence-based nursing practice.
• Fulfill organizational requirements and support ancillary roles as needed.
