You will work day/night 12-hour shifts, with a 60-hour biweekly schedule and every third weekend rotation, including occasional float to other units. Qualifications include an associate degree or vocational training; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications or in-house training within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; establish outcomes and plan of care.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and evaluation of patient care; ensure safety and quality.
• Collaborate with family, patients, and care team to ensure safe, effective care.
