Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for permanent night shift at our Faribault facility. The role includes 12-hour shifts, 7:00pm–7:30am, with every 3rd weekend and holiday, cross-training across Medical Surgical, Special Care Unit, and Emergency Department, and floating as needed.

Requires 2–5 years RN experience with Med/Surgical background; MN RN license on hire. ACLS/ALS/PALS certifications preferred; E-Verify employer.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in nursing
• 2–5 years RN experience
• Med/Surgical experience at regional sites

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and plan care with outcomes.
• Coordinate care across units and ensure safe, effective nursing practices.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure quality patient care.
• Fulfills organizational requirements and supports cross-training across units.
