Job summary

Tufts Medicine is seeking a MedSurg Float Pool RN for Lowell General Hospital’s Main & Saints campuses. The role requires night shifts (7PM-7AM) with weekend/holiday rotation, 36 hours weekly, and a float between Med/Surg units with a focus on safe, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients per physician orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for designated patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Guide and mentor junior staff and participate in departmental committees.
