Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Northampton, MA is seeking an RN Float Pool nurse to deliver patient care across multiple units, following the nursing process and standard protocols. Required is a Massachusetts RN license with BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire; de-escalation training within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• No experience in lieu of a degree accepted

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on established clinical nursing practice standards.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Perform duties in Medical/Surgical Units, Emergency Department, Critical Care, Telemetry, Psychiatric Unit, Inpatient Surgical Center, and Childbirth Center.
• Work in all departments as needed and directed.
