Qualifications

• Licensed to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care including assessing, diagnosing, and planning for patients.
• Communicate with health care team members and patients.
• Update and manage patient records.

Skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency

Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years

Education

Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN (preferred)

Licensed to practice professional nursing as a registered nurse in Massachusetts

Tools

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
