Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals and feeding; provide water between meals.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming; baths and mobility.
• Help with ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
• Monitor vital signs and record intake/output.
• Respond to call lights and requests; document actions.
• Protect privacy; comply with HIPAA and policies.
• Maintain accuracy in forms and EMR documentation.
• Maintain professional standards and pursue licensure updates.
