CNAs play an essential role in delivering safe, high‑quality, resident‑centered care by supporting residents with daily needs, promoting comfort, and maintaining a clean and therapeutic environment. Working under the supervision of a RN or LPN, the CNA contributes to effective care delivery through attentive observation, timely communication, and accurate documentation. The CNA provides direct, indirect, and restorative care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort measures.
