Job summary

Fairfield Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our healthcare team in Fairfield, IL. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide dignified personal care, and support mobility while documenting care and vital signs.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently certified Illinois CNA.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to perform physical duties including lifting, bending, and transferring.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating).
• Provide compassionate, dignity-based personal care.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and ambulation.
• Monitor and report changes to nursing staff; document vital signs and intake/output.
• Respond to call lights promptly and courteously.
• Support meals, hydration, and nutritional needs; maintain clean, safe environment.
