Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year of RN experience.
• AHA BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and supervision to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe environment and efficient patient throughput.
• Direct nursing staff and delegate assignments per patient acuity.
• Oversee admissions, transfers and discharges; mentor new staff.
• Monitor medical charts and liaise with doctors and administrators.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and records.
