Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• Current license to practice, BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable per policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and supervision to nursing staff and support personnel.
• Maintain a safe environment and ensure patient throughput within the unit.
• Oversee admissions, transfers and discharges; mentor and train new staff.
