Aesthetix Media is seeking a senior SEO specialist to drive growth for med spa clients. You will own strategies from discovery to execution, collaborate across teams, and mentor junior members.

You’ll optimize technical SEO, local search, keyword research, and content planning, delivering measurable improvements in organic traffic and rankings. Indianapolis-based, full-time, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably at an agency managing multiple client accounts.
• Expert‑level proficiency with Ahrefs, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Strong technical SEO skills including site audits, schema implementation, and page speed optimization.
• Experience with local SEO strategy for multi-location businesses.
• Proven track record of improving organic traffic and keyword rankings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SEO campaigns for a portfolio of med spa and medical aesthetics clients from strategy through execution.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research using Ahrefs to identify high-value opportunities in the medical aesthetics vertical.
• Perform on‑page optimization including title tags, meta descriptions, header structures, internal linking, and content enhancements.
• Execute technical SEO audits covering site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, and structured data.
• Develop and implement local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile optimization, citation building, and review management.
• Analyze competitor SEO profiles to identify gaps, backlink opportunities, and content advantages.
• Build and deliver monthly SEO performance reports with clear metrics, insights, and recommended next steps.
• Design and run A/B tests on page elements, metadata, and content structures to improve click‑through rates and conversions.
• Collaborate with the content team to create keyword-targeted briefs and ensure all published content meets SEO standards.
• Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) recommendations on key landing pages to improve lead generation.
• Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust client strategies proactively to protect and grow rankings.
• Mentor junior team members on SEO best practices, tools, and strategic thinking.
