Job summary

PLACEM!NT Recruiting in Northern Virginia is seeking a Med Spa Manager to own membership growth, front desk sales, and day-to-day operations for a boutique med spa.

You will work directly with ownership, develop plans, and drive revenue through exceptional service, events, and local partnerships. On-site role with Saturday coverage and community events.

This leadership position grants authority over sales, team performance, and the spa's community presence in a growing aesthetics practice.

Qualifications

• Sales track record in a membership or package model.
• Experience building and leading a team and holding people accountable.
• KPI and P&L accountability at the location level.
• Local marketing or event experience with results you can describe.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale and scheduling systems, and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Availability for Saturday coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and coach the front desk team to present memberships and packages with confidence.
• Work from the P&L and plan the steps that move numbers toward their goal.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach: events, chamber activity, partnerships with nearby studios, communities, and businesses.
• Build, coach, and hold the team accountable, setting standards and addressing performance directly.
• Run the systems: POS, scheduling, invoicing, and payroll administration.
• Use reporting from scheduling and payment systems to spot trends early and adjust the plan weekly.
• Set monthly membership and revenue goals with ownership and break them into daily actions.
• Partner with ownership as a peer: raise disagreements openly, agree on direction, and execute.
