Bodenvy in Summit, NJ is seeking an energetic appointment setter to join our fast-growing medical spa team. This consultative role focuses on outbound calls, handling inquiries, and booking high-quality consultations.

You'll work evenings and weekends, with a base hourly rate plus performance bonuses. Strong communication, resilience, and the ability to build rapport with warm leads are essential.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive but professional.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day).
• Handle inbound inquiries.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport.
• Educate prospects on our services.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations.
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain strong show rates.
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
