Job summary

Bodenvy is hiring for a full-time consultative appointment setting role in the United States. You will make outbound calls to warm leads, handle inquiries, and book consultations while educating prospects on services. Evening and weekend shifts are required, with a performance-based earning structure and room for advancement.

The role emphasizes a driven, coachable candidate who can maintain high show rates and convert opportunities into consultations.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Persuasive but professional communication.
• Self-motivated with goal orientation.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (minimum 200 calls per day).
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify prospects.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport.
• Educate prospects on Bodenvy services.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations.
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain strong show rates and-quality appointments.
• Primary goal: book high-quality consultations that convert.

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.

What We’re Looking For

Compensation

$15/hour base
