Job summary

Bodenvy is a rapidly expanding medical spa franchise and the nation’s #1 CoolSculpting provider. We are hiring for a consultative appointment setter to contact warm leads, handle inquiries, and book high-quality consultations with a focus on show rates and conversions.

The role requires evening and weekend availability, and offers a base hourly pay plus bonuses, with PTO and health benefits as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day).
• Handle inbound inquiries.
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport.
• Educate prospects on our services.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations.
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain strong show rates.
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
