Bodenvy in Raleigh, NC is hiring a full-time outbound call center representative to drive appointments for our fat reduction services. You will contact warm leads, respond to inquiries, and guide prospects through the discovery process to schedule consultations.

The role offers a $20/hour base with bonuses for consultations that arrive, plus performance-based earning potential within a rapidly expanding medical spa network.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200+ calls per day).
• Handle inbound inquiries and discovery questions.
• Educate prospects on Bodenvy services and benefits.
• Book same-day or next-day consultations and maintain show rates.
• Overcome objections professionally and drive qualified consultations.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.

What We’re Looking For

• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Comfortable in high-volume dialing
• Strong communication skills
• Persuasive but professional
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Evening (until 9 PM) & weekend availability required
• Bilingual a plus

Compensation

$20/hour base
