Job summary

Bodenvy in Michigan is seeking a results-driven appointment setter to support our fast-growing medical spa network. This consultative role focuses on turning warm leads into booked consultations and contributing to a high-show-rate pipeline.

You will make outbound calls, handle inquiries, ask discovery questions, educate prospects about CoolSculpting services, and schedule same- or next-day visits. Evening and weekend availability is required to match client demand.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable with high-volume dialing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive but professional.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

This is a consultative style appointment setting position.

• Make outbound calls to warm leads (200 Calls minimum a day)
• Handle inbound inquiries
• Ask discovery questions and build rapport
• Educate prospects on our services
• Book same-day or next-day consultations
• Overcome objections confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong show rates
• Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert.
