Job summary

Revive Med Spa in Mission Valley is seeking a Med Spa Supervisor to oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and appointment management. The role supports the Store Manager in delivering exceptional patient service and efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in retail or service, plus 1 year in inventory roles, and is proficient with Excel/Word. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on accurate inventory and patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years supervisor/leadership experience in retail/customer service.
• Must have at least 1 year experience as inventory specialist or similar role.
• Skilled in use of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision and leadership of medspa staff.
• Coordinate and manage patient appointments and schedule resources.
• Maintain high level of customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager on inventory and supplies.
