Bengtson Center Byron Center is seeking a Med Spa Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliant, patient-centric care across more than 15 providers and multiple teams. This in-person, full-time role requires 3–5 years in plastic surgery or dermatology and a college degree preferred; responsibilities include scheduling, training, vendor relations, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in plastic surgery or dermatology.
• Hands-on, in-person role with independent work capability.
• Strong computer and clinic software skills.
• Commitment to HIPAA and patient privacy.

Responsibilities

• Complete HIPAA/compliance training and credential physicians.
• Oversee med spa P&L, inventory, and financial trends.
• Schedule aesthetic treatments for 15+ providers.
• Educate, promote, and sell monthly packages and products.
• Crosstrain staff and maintain professional appearance.
• Lead continuous quality improvement and patient experience.
• Coordinate daily med spa operations for smooth workflows.
• Monitor KPIs on patient volume, utilization, and satisfaction.
• Ensure brand standards and OSHA/HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain patient files and coordinate with billing.
• Act as on-site brand ambassador for Bengtson Center Byron Center.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and follow-up tech.
• Support onboarding and staff training for consistency.
