PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting is recruiting the founding manager to lead the new VIO Med Spa in Midlothian, owning the guest experience from day one as the center opens.

You will recruit and coach the front‑of‑house team, drive membership growth and retention, oversee scheduling, inventory, and local marketing, and collaborate with the clinical team on patient flow to deliver a premium guest experience.

Requirements

What We Need

• Management experience in med spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, or another membership or service business.

• Comfort owning local marketing and pre‑sales for a new location.

• CRM and booking‑system fluency, and a local network in the Richmond area.
  

Schedule and Work Model

You start ahead of the opening to set up operations and build the team.

Compensation

$65,000 to $75,000 per year base, plus a performance bonus tied to the location's growth, with additional incentives for membership growth. Your total compensation grows as you build the membership base and the location ramps. We are glad to walk through the full structure on our first call.
