VIO Med Spa Brier Creek in Raleigh is seeking a Front Desk & Sales Associate (Part-Time) to greet guests, convert inquiries into consultations, and drive memberships and product sales. You’ll manage the schedule, answer calls, and support promotions in a fast-paced spa setting.

You should have at least 1 year in sales or guest-facing roles, be comfortable asking for the sale, and thrive on hitting goals while delivering outstanding client experiences. Evening/weekend availability preferred.

Front Desk & Sales Associate (Part-Time) – VIO Med Spa Brier Creek

Pay: $18/hr + uncapped monthly commission (estimated $19–$20/hr total)

Perks: 50–75% off treatments, paid training, and a path to full-time

Hours: About 20 hrs/week (potential for more), including some evenings and weekends

About the Role

You're the first person our guests talk to, and the one who turns a "just curious" inquiry into a booked consultation and a loyal member. If you love connecting with people, are comfortable asking for the sale, and are motivated by goals (and getting paid when you hit them), we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Convert leads: Call and text new inquiries quickly, answer questions, ease hesitations, and book consultations and appointments.
• Grow memberships and sales: Recommend memberships, treatment packages, retail products and gift cards based on each guest's goals.
• Keep guests coming back: Rebook appointments, follow up with guests who haven't booked yet, and help keep members engaged.
• Run a smooth front desk: Greet guests, answer phones and messages, manage the schedule, check guests in and out, and keep records accurate.
• Hit your goals: Track lead conversion, membership sales, rebooking and retail against monthly targets.
• Support the spa: Help with events and promotions, keep the lobby clean and welcoming, and pitch in where needed.

How You’ll Earn Commission

• Up to $25 per new membership you sell
• Up to $5 for every new guest who completes their first paid visit
• Paid monthly, no cap

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Are warm, confident and proactive with every guest
• Have 1+ year of experience in sales, hospitality, retail or front desk (aesthetics or membership sales is a big plus)
• Are comfortable asking for the sale and following up consistently
• Stay organized and juggle phones, guests and scheduling with ease
• Pick up new software quickly (Zenoti experience is a plus)
• Can work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends and holidays
