TZ Consulting represents a growing med spa in Raleigh, NC seeking a General Manager to own revenue growth, build patient flow, and lead a small team under an owner who invests in people. You will drive local marketing, conversions, and packages while managing the front desk and marketing coordination with a strong KPI focus.

The role demands 40–50 hours weekly (Mon–Sat) and offers $70,000–$80,000 base plus tiered commissions and benefits, with potential for over $20k in top-tier bonus as the spa

Qualifications

• Med spa or medical aesthetics management experience with revenue ownership.
• Direct revenue ownership with numbers you can walk through.
• Marketing and patient acquisition experience with measurable results.
• Sales and conversion fluency: consultation-to-booking and upselling.
• Zenoti fluency for booking and CRM or equivalent platform.
• Availability to commit 40–50 hours per week Mon-Sat.
• People leadership with coaching experience.
• Coachability and partnership with an owner.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth numbers: revenue targets, net membership, lead-to-patient conversion, new-patient volume, rebooking and retention, and provider utilization.
• Drive patient acquisition through local marketing, paid social, referrals, and partnerships.
• Lead consultation-to-booking process, improve close rates, and grow average ticket via packages.
• Direct front desk, marketing coordination, and provider schedule to focus on growth.
• Turn data into lift by reading reports, prioritizing actions, and showing KPI movement within 60–90 days.
