Deluxe Med Spa in Southern California is seeking a personable Front Desk Assistant to deliver exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic. You will manage check-ins/outs, scheduling, payments, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

This role lays the groundwork for growth, with the potential to advance into a Sales Consultant position based on performance and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare is highly desired.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, scheduling software, and mobile devices.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients professionally.
• Handle check-ins/outs, schedule follow-ups, and manage payments.
• Respond to inquiries about treatments and products.
• Address client concerns and escalate issues to management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete paperwork.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage patient flow.
• Data entry and other administrative tasks.
• Perform opening/closing duties and ensure lounge areas are tidy.
