Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain etiquette in interactions with clients.
• Ability to multitask while serving multiple clients.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
• HIPAA confidentiality must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone.
• Manage front desk tasks: check in/out, answer calls, welcome clients, manage inventory and keep supplies stocked.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment throughout the facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure POS system is used accurately for client appointments and staff information.
• Adhere to company policies to ensure smooth operations.
