Job summary

Cosmetic Skin & Laser Center|RegenCen in Florida is seeking a Client Coordinator to be the first impression for every patient. You will guide patients through check-in and check-out, support scheduling needs, and help make their experience seamless, welcoming, and memorable.

The role requires warmth, professionalism, and strong organizational skills. Experience in customer service or a medical setting is preferred, with flexibility to travel to Wellington as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or medical office settings.
• Strong computer and scheduling system skills.
• Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn.
• Medspa or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with professionalism and genuine connection.
• Manage check-in, scheduling, and check-out with efficiency and accuracy.
• Support patients with clear communication and helpful guidance.
• Process payments and explain service options when needed.
• Maintain a polished, organized office environment.
• Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks.
• Flag any operational or building concerns to leadership.
