Job summary

A1Fed is recruiting for a program management and administrative support role to support AFMEDCOM/A3T and related medical readiness initiatives in Washington, DC. The position involves coordinating deployments, training programs, and data analysis to aid senior leadership decisions.

The successful candidate will bring DoD policy knowledge, multiple years of program management experience, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field and a Master's degree in Health Administration or a related field approved by the COR.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience and knowledge of DoD policies and operations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing and coordinating programs and projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
• Must possess an active favorable Tier I investigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and administrative support services to AFMEDCOM/A3T, support Operational Deployments, CMRP, CSPAR, and TCCC initiatives; assist in development, tracking, and implementation plans; enhance medical readiness training initiatives.
• Coordinate symposiums, workshops, readiness training synchronization events, CSPAR reviews, and CMRP workshops; facilitate communication among HQ AF, AFMEDCOM, MAJCOM POCs, and stakeholders.
• Research, analyze, and present data to support senior leadership decision-making; prepare reports, briefings, and information products.
• Identify process improvements, coordinate root cause analyses, and support corrective actions; apply change management and data modeling principles.
• Coordinate travel and logistical support for government and contractor personnel, including site visits, lodging, and on-site support.
• Maintain Knowledge Exchange and SharePoint sites; manage contact lists, tracking documents, and action-item databases; provide project support.
