Job summary

Defense Consulting Services is seeking a Management Analyst to support the AETC mission at Randolph AFB, Texas. The role emphasizes planning, exercise analysis, readiness reporting, and DRRS coordination.

You will brief leadership, manage AARs and RAPs, and ensure timely updates. Requires Bachelor’s preferred, active Secret clearance, 3+ years of MAJCOM planning experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years MAJCOM planning experience.
• Experience with DRRS and exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for AETC exercises and OPLANs.
• Manage training, policies, lessons learned, and RAPs; review AARs.
• Support Readiness Reporting and ensure DRRS updates within 30 days.
• Prepare briefings to leadership and coordinate with MAJCOM units.
