Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in GME or adult education.
• Minimum 6 years of administrative support experience in a healthcare system (may be considered in lieu).
• Experience in student services, medical education, project management or professional development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for high school, undergraduate and medical students requesting observations with physicians.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support workforce initiatives.
• Organize student orientation activities and collect data on program outcomes.
• Coordinate schedules with preceptors and generate evaluation reports for preceptors, students and rotations.
• Partner with Faculty Development/CME to develop educational materials and asynchronous content.
• Support wellness programming and belonging initiatives for residents in collaboration with GME teams.
