Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist to drive growth across hospitals, surgical centers, and related entities in the Fort Lauderdale area. You will promote company products and tissues, develop new prospects, and deliver compelling clinical presentations to physicians and procurement teams.

You will analyze market data, build territory plans, and maintain strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

2–5 years in related field with 1–3 years in progressively responsible positions.
MS/MA with 1–3 years in related field; certification preferred in some areas.
Experience in high-growth organizations and relationship building.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and meet defined sales performance goals.
Identify opportunities and execute marketing strategies with sales plans for revenue growth through surgical channels.
Deliver large and small presentations to customers using approved content.
Research and resolve purchase order issues within policies.
Collaborate with wound account executive and management to support physicians.
Provide accurate, timely territory forecasts and reporting.
Maintain awareness of industry activities and local market knowledge.
Educate customers using clinical data on product and tissue properties.
Define territory plans to meet revenue and sales goals.
