Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a driven pharmaceutical/medical device sales professional to build a territory strategy, drive account penetration, and educate providers on products and safety. You will manage launches, demonstrations, and training to maximize consumable usage and win new business.

Travel and strong relationship skills are essential. The role requires B2B medical sales experience, knowledge of surgical terminology, and the ability to present complex information to physicians

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B medical sales experience.
• Experience selling consumables/medical products to plastic surgeons or dermatologists in FDA-regulated environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and surgical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a sales strategy for the territory and customer base.
• Drive territory penetration with call planning, time management, and forecasting.
• Increase utilization via product demos and training on indications, contraindications, and safety.
• Execute launch plans and drive consumable usage via enrollment tools.
• Coordinate user meetings and workshops; support tradeshows.
• Develop relationships and expand the customer base; conduct reviews.
• Serve as SME on industry and competitive products.
• Maintain communication with surgical and non-surgical specialists, marketing, and clinical counterparts.
