Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to support the Operations Maintenance team across the building. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, install and service automated packaging/distribution gear, and mentor junior technicians.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical/mechanical diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 2+ years troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE).
• 2+ years of preventive maintenance procedures experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain positive working relationships across Amazon Operations facilities.
• Lift up to 49lbs and work shifts up to 12 hours includes bending, climbing, and reaching.
