On-the-job learning with mentorship from journey workers to maintain process efficiency and equipment availability.

You will follow safety regulations, assist installation, maintenance, and repair of automated packaging and distribution gear, and participate in preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical training preferred.
• Vocational/technical training or an associate degree or 1+ years of Amazon RME experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair operational items.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance of conveyance equipment.
• Conduct maintenance and basic troubleshooting of robotics and work cells.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems in material handling equipment.
• Maintain motors, sensors, relays, and related components.
• Move up to 49 lbs and stand for long shifts, with safe climbing.
