Job summary

Amazon Davenport IA is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice (MRA) to learn electronics, mechanical, computer and automation engineering on high‑performance manufacturing systems. You will work with journey workers to install, maintain and repair automated packaging/distribution equipment while ensuring safety regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of PC software experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Vocational/technical training or an associate degree or above, or 1+ years of Amazon RME experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance of conveyance equipment using approved plans and manuals.
• Conduct maintenance and basic troubleshooting of robotics and work cells.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment.
