Proven ability to move concepts to prototyping, testing, and validation.

Responsibilities

Guide controls and electrical engineers on the overall architecture vision.
Define and develop controls architecture for mechatronic systems with remote monitoring and diagnostics.
Lead platform and device selection to meet product requirements for modularity and performance.
Integrate electrical, mechanical, and controls components to meet system goals.
Create, edit and maintain PLC programs using major PLC tools.
Translate product needs into clear controls requirements and solutions.
Support validation planning, system testing, and troubleshooting.
Improve controls functionality and diagnostics integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to meet requirements.
Prepare design documentation and validation records.
