Flowserve Corporation is seeking an experienced Controls & Software Engineer Specialist to lead design, development, and implementation of advanced control systems and software solutions supporting engineered industrial products and automation systems.

This role serves as a technical leader responsible for developing innovative controls architectures, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with customers and stakeholders across domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, controls or software engineering.
• 10+ years in controls engineering, industrial automation, or systems engineering.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with domestic and international teams, customers and suppliers.
• Extensive PLC experience across major platforms and strong software skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for controls and software initiatives across projects.
• Mentor engineers, set engineering standards, lead design reviews.
• Develop control architectures and PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to define requirements.
• Support product development from concept through deployment and fielding.
