Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience in Control Systems, Mechatronic Product Development, and industrial power and control panels.
• Proven track record in developing and validating control solutions from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and system needs into clear controls requirements and technical solutions.
• Develop control architectures for mechatronic systems with remote monitoring and diagnostics.
• Program and maintain PLC logic across ABB/Allen-Bradley/CODESYS platforms.
• Validate and test to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and product teams.
