Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice (MRA) in Mount Juliet, TN to learn electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation skills on high-performance systems. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, ensure safety regulations are followed, and support installation and preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

1+ years of PC software experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing operational items.
Knowledge of mathematics.
Experience reading measurements and interpretation.
Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative/predictive maintenance of conveyance equipment using job plans and manuals.
Conduct maintenance and basic troubleshooting of robotics and robotic work cells.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to material handling equipment.
Maintain and troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, and related components.
Move up to 49 lbs, stand for shifts up to 12 hours, and climb ladders safely.
