CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking Maintenance Technicians as part of its Mechatronics and Robotics Apprenticeship program. Training combines 9 weeks of classroom instruction and on-the-job learning to prepare you to join our account for a world-class leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to attend a 12-week in-person paid training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with problem-solving and following standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues with material handling equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
