• Hands-on experience performing mechanical testing and inspection of semiconductor hardware in an R&D environment.
• Ability to operate universal test systems (e.g., Instron) and related lab equipment.
• Experience designing and building custom test fixtures and instrumentation setups for data collection.
• Proficiency with NX CAD or similar 3D modeling software.
• Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and CAD models with precision.
• Work independently in fast-paced development cycles and communicate clearly.
• Experience in lab maintenance and documentation.
