Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. invites applications for a Fall 2027 Cost Engineering Co-op in Burlington, MA. You will learn the New Product Development process, analyze cost drivers, and build cost models in a global setting.

The role is a full-time 40-hour/week co-op with hybrid in-office days (Tue-Thu). You will lead a cost-modeling project and present findings to leadership, gaining cross-functional exposure across Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time program in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn cost engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Learn NP development processes and cost drivers.
• Analyze cost drivers and identify cost-reduction opportunities across the brewer portfolio.
• Lead a cost-modeling improvement project and present results to leadership.
• Utilize costing tools such as the Keurig Cost Workbook and aPriori.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance cross-functionally.
