Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA is seeking a Winter 2027 Appliance Engineering Co-op. You will work 40 hours per week, 8am–5pm, and contribute to new design initiatives while presenting results to leadership.

Gain experience with rapid learning cycles, NPD, DOEs, and cross-functional collaboration across electromechanical components, electronics and plastics in a fast-paced setting. The program includes mentorship, Meet & Greets, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related field
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles, New Product Development (NPD) and designing solutions to satisfy consumer needs.
• Lead a new design or improvement initiative tailored to your experience and interests, then present results to leadership.
• Utilize project management, guided experimentation (design of experiments) and knowledge management tools to plan your project, develop and capture learnings.
• Get exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical components, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing.
• Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
