Job summary

You will collaborate with R&D scientists and engineers to design and execute lab, pilot, and full-scale manufacturing experiments, applying statistics and food science concepts to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time program in food science or engineering.
• Majors include chemical/mechanical engineering or related sciences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing needs.
• Interest in coffee and product development.

Responsibilities

• Learn the coffee manufacturing process from harvest to brewing.
• Work on manufacturing processes and equipment for K-Cups and related products.
• Develop products including roasting and tasting.
• Collaborate with R&D scientists to run lab, pilot, and full-scale experiments.
• Apply statistical analysis and fundamentals of food science.
