The role offers on-site work, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure in a fast-paced environment. You will engage with electromechanical components, plastics, and a global supply chain while developing project management and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time program at an accredited college or university.
• Majors include Electrical, Computer, Computer Engineering, Mechanical or related fields.
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm).
• Strong organizational, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn about rapid learning cycles, NPD and designing consumer solutions.
• Lead a new design or improvement initiative and present results to leadership.
• Use project management, guided experimentation and knowledge tools to plan and capture learnings.
• Gain exposure to a global supply chain covering electromechanical components and plastics.
• Engage in innovative projects within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
