Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in a full-time program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

Responsibilities

• Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles, New Product Development and designing solutions to satisfy consumer needs
• Lead a design or improvement initiative and present results to leadership
• Use project management, guided experimentation and knowledge management tools to plan and capture learnings
• Gain exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical components, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing
• Collaborate on innovative projects in a fast-paced cross-functional team environment
